The bonus amount depends on the number of lots traded from the time of your registration until the end of the promotion (January 31st 2011).

Trades on all accounts registered for the promotion will count towards your total lot amount. The number of lots needed to receive the maximum bonus is determined by the size of your “net deposit” (deposits minus withdrawals) for the time period in relation to the established bonus limit of 20.11%.

You will receive a bonus if your “net deposit” is positive and you have made at least one trade. The actual size of the bonus is unlimited and depends completely on your trading volume and the size of your “net deposit”. The formula used for the promotion is detailed below.

Formula:

1. Bonus Calculated as = [Net Deposit] * 20.11%
2. Required Number of Lots for Full Bonus = [Net Deposit] / [20.11]
3. Net Deposit = [Funds Deposited] – [Funds Withdrawn]
4. Bonus = [Lots Traded] / [Required number of lots] * [Calculated Bonus]

Example Calculation:

1. Your net deposit for the whole period of the promotion: $3,000.00
2. Total trading volume for the period of the promotion: 60 lots
3. Largest Possible Bonus: [$3,000.00] * [20.11%] = $603.30
4. Required number of lots for full bonus: [$3,000.00] / [20.11] = 149.18 lots
5. Your bonus (based on having traded 60 lots): [60 lots] / [149.18 lots] * [$603.30] = $242.65
6. If you had traded 149.18 or more lots, your bonus would have been: $603.30

• The New Year Bonus 2011 promotion runs from December 3st 2010 through January 31st 2011;
• You must register for the promotion through your unique myAlpari.
• The following accounts may not be used in the promotion:

  • alpari.invest
• Only trades involving Forex instruments are counted for the promotion;
• Net deposit is calculated for the whole duration of the promotion, from December 3th through January 31st. Transactions on transitory and trading accounts are counted, but transfers between accounts are not.
• Bonuses will be calculated based on the volume of trades on trading accounts with a positive "net deposit" when all other conditions of the promotion have been met.
• Bonuses will be credited from February 1st though 4th, 2011 to clients’ dollar denominated transitory accounts.

Alpari reserves the right to disqualify participants who falsify operations, or in any other way violate the terms and conditions of the promotion or the Company’s Trading and Non-Trading Terms. Any dispute or situation that arises not covered by these Terms will be resolved by the Company with due consideration of the interests of all parties. If any changes are made to the promotion, notification will appear promptly on our site.
