15th Round of Formula FX

1. Please tell us how you started working on the Forex market and developed your enthusiasm for trading.

I'm studying Economic Informatics in university. Last year, we had a class on the stock market where they also taught us the basics of the Forex market. As part of a practical assignment, we had to develop trading strategies. So, with the help of Alpari's trading terminals, I got acquainted with the Forex market. After successfully completing my course, I decided to continue trading independently.

2. Maria, please tell us about your education.

At the moment, I'm in my fourth year at Ural State Technical University, studying Economic Informatics. As you can see, my degree is related to finance.

3. Have you had any long periods of bad luck when you told yourself, "That's it, I'm quitting"?

Not yet. But I need to be ready for anything!.

4. What can you suggest to traders who are trying to master the market and have run into some hard luck?

Persevere.

5. Do you trade with the help of Expert Advisors or manually?

I open orders independently and through pending orders.

6. Can you tell us a bit about your trading strategy or strategies?

I only trade GBPUSD, EURUSD, and EURJPY. My strategy is based on statistics: I set parameters, look for deviations and work off them.

7. Do you use graphic analysis, such as support and resistance levels?

Yes, I use resistance and support levels as well as Bollinger Bands, divisable by 100.

8. What advice can you give novice traders?

I don't have any advice yet, as I'm still a beginner too.

9. Do you have something you'd like to wish our investors and managers?
