Here, you can learn more about myAlpari, your personal working space with Alpari.

You can give myAlpari a try with our preview version but, before you open a live trading account with us, you must be registered for the full version of myAlpari.

How to register for the preview version of myAlpari:

  • Fill in the registration form with your personal information. If the information you enter is not accurate, you will not be able to access all of our services.
  • You will need to provide us with your mobile phone number. We will send you a 4-digit confirmation code via SMS or automated call. You will need to enter this number during registration.

Registering will only take you a few minutes.

In the preview version of myAlpari you will find:

    Your myAlpari Home Page

    The preview version of myAlpari is divided into five sections: Trading Accounts, PAMM Investors, Alpari Students, PAMM Managers and Partnership Neworks. You can navigate between sections by clicking on the tabs at the top of the menu. In order to access all of the features of myAlpari, you will need to sign up for the full version. Only the following features are available in the preview version:

    • Trading Accounts: Open demo trading accounts. Access our analytical tools
    • PAMM Investors: Open demo Manage Accounts, where you can invest virtual money in real PAMM Accounts.

    Open an Account

    Click "Open an Account" in the top menu to open an account with Alpari. You can also open a trading account in the "Trading Accounts" section or open a Managed Account in the "PAMM Investors" section. When opening an account, you need to decide the following:

    • Whether to open a demo trading account or a demo Managed Account
    • Which type of account (if you are opening a trading account)
    • The deposit currency for your account

The full version of myAlpari allows you to:

  • Access all of the services and tools available at Alpari
  • Open demo and live trading accounts
  • Open demo and live Managed Accounts
  • Create and manage a PAMM Account
  • Register to become a PAMM Partner or an Introducing Broker
  • View a complete history for each account of yours
  • Transfer money to and from your accounts
  • Change your account settings

How to Register for the full version of myAlpari:

  • Fill in the registration form with your personal information. If the information you enter is not accurate, you will not be able to access all of our services.
  • You will need to provide us with your mobile phone number. We will send you a confirmation code via SMS or automated call. You will need to enter this number during registration.

After completing registration, you will receive an email with your 8-digit myAlpari ID.

Please Note: This email will not contain the password you entered during registration. We recommend that you record your password elsewhere.

    Your myAlpari Home Page

    myAlpari is divided into five sections:

    • Trading Accounts: Open trading accounts. Make deposits and withdrawals. Transfer funds between your accounts.
    • PAMM Investors: Choose a PAMM Account Manager and invest in their PAMM Account by opening a Managed Account. choose PAMM Accounts to invest in.
    • PAMM Managers: Create a PAMM Account. Manage your PAMM Account. Look for partners.
    • Partnership Networks: Register as an Introducing Broker or PAMM Partner. Keep track of your active clients and web traffic.
    • Trading Contests: Register for trading contests. View the contest rankings. Recover lost passwords.

    You can customize the interface in myAlpari by rearranging the icons. These changes will be saved automatically. To return icons to their original locations, click "Default Workshop" in the lower right corner.

    Please Note: Links leading to pages outside of myAlpari (such as our homepage) are designated with a special symbol, which looks like a box with an arrow pointing out of it. When your mouse hovers over one of the icons in myAlpari, the symbol will show up in the lower right corner. When you click on these links, a new window will be opened, allowing you to continue working in myAlpari.

    Оpen an Account

    Click "Open an Account" in the top menu to open an account with Alpari. You can also open a trading account in the "Trading Accounts" section or open a Managed Account in the "PAMM Investors" section. When opening an account, you need to decide the following:

    • Whether to open a demo trading account or a demo Managed Account
    • Which type of account (if you are opening a trading account)
    • The deposit currency for your account

    After reading and agreeing to the terms and conditions in the Regulatory Documents, click "Open Account."

    After opening an account, you will be given your account number and password. This information will also be sent to your registered email address.

    Fund Deposit / Fund Withdrawal / Internal Transfers

    You can find a list of your accounts in the left column of myAlpari. You can choose to make a deposit or withdrawal to your account by clicking on the account number. You may also make deposits or withdrawls, change your account settings, or view your trading history by clicking on the links in the top menu of myAlpari.

    In the "Trading Accounts" section, you can make deposits and withdrawals by clicking on the following icons:

    My Accounts

    Access "My Accounts" from the "Trading Accounts" section or from the top menu in myAlpari. Here you will find a table listing each of your accounts. You can find general information about these accounts (including the balance), view the account history and make deposits and withdrawals.

    In the lower part of the table, you will find a flash diagram displaying information about the balance of all your accounts. Each account is represented by a segment in the chart. To view more detailed information about any account, click on the corresponding segment of the chart.

    myAlpari History

    In the "myAlpari History" section, you can find the following:

    • Transaction History: View all non-trading transactions made on each of your accounts.
    • History of Changes: View the history of changes in personal information (i.e. registered phone number) and account settings (i.e. password, leverage, withdrawal restrictions) made in myAlpari.
    • Trading Account History: View your MetaTrader trading history from myAlpari.

    In each of these three sections, you can view the history of any of your accounts over any period of time. You may also filter your account history by account and by the type of operation in the top of the table.

    My Profile

    In the My Profile section, located at the very top of each page in myAlpari, you can:

    • Edit your personal information, including your passwords for myAlpari and your trading platforms
    • Upload documents to confirm your ididentity (you need these to transfer funds and recover personal information)

    Feedback

    By clicking " Feedback," you can point out mistakes on our site or make suggestions to improve any aspect of our service. In the pop-up window that appears, choose the type of feedback you wish to send (mistake, improvement, request), where you found the mistake on our site and attach a screenshot, if needed.

    All comments and suggestions will be taken into consideration.
