I can't log in to myAlpari. Why?
Some of the most common problems:
1. Your Security Settings: Try disabling your firewall. If this doesn't help, try logging into myAlpari from a different computer.
2. An Incorrect myAlpari ID, Email Address, or Password: To log in to myAlpari, you need to use the following:
- Your myAlpari ID (the 8-digit number sent to your email address after registration, i.e. 10111111) or your email address
- Your myAlpari password (the password you chose during registration)
How can I change my myAlpari password?
1. Go to "My Profile" in myAlpari.
2. Enter your current myAlpari password, followed by your new password.
3. Enter the confirmation code (which will be sent to your mobile phone) to complete the process.
Attention: Your new password must be at least 8 characters and consist only of upper and lowercase letters of the Latin alphabet and numbers. Your password is case-sensitive.
Three ways to recover your myAlpari password:
There are three ways you can recover the password to your myAlpari account:
1. Bring your passport/ID to the nearest office of an Alpari Certified Partner and fill out the application to change your password (not currently available in English-speaking countries).
2. Send the following documents to our postal address:
- a. A copy of your passport/ID (2-page spread with your photo)
- b. A notarized application to change your password
3. Recover your password on our site. To do this, you will need to have access to your registered mobile phone.
Note: Nigerian citizens should send these documents to our Lagos office: 11A Allen Avenue, 4th floor, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.

How can I change my password for my live account on MetaTrader 4?
You can either change your password in MetaTrader 4 or in myAlpari:
- To change your password in MetaTrader 4, log in and go to the "Tools" menu, click "Options" in the drop-down menu, choose the "Server" tab in the "Options" window and find the "Password" field.
- To change your password in myAlpari, go to "My Profile" and enter your current password, followed by your new password. Enter the confirmation code (which will be sent to your mobile phone) to complete the process.
Attention: Your new password should be 6-15 characters and consist of only numbers and upper and lowercase letters of the Latin alphabet. You may not use punctuation marks (i.e. commas, periods, colons, brackets, quotations marks). Keep in mind, your password is case-sensitive!

How can I change my password for direct.pro accounts on the Alpari Direct platform?
To change your password in the Alpari Direct trading platform, go to the "Setup" menu and choose "Password" from the drop-down menu. Enter your current password, followed by your new password. Click "Save".
Attention: Your new password should be 8-30 characters and consist of only numbers and upper and lowercase letters of the Latin alphabet. You may not use punctuation marks (i.e. commas, periods, colons, brackets, quotations marks). Keep in mind, your password is case-sensitive!
There are four ways to recover your password to log in to the trading platform:
1. If you have access to your registered mobile phone, go to "My Profile" in myAlpari and choose a new password. After entering your password, a confirmation code will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS or automated call to verify your identity.
2. Bring your passport/ID to the nearest office of an Alpari Certified Partner and fill out the application to change your password (not currently available in English-speaking countries).
3. Send a signed application form and a copy of your passport/ID to payments@alpari.ru. Or send them by fax to +7 (495) 727-17-70.
4. Go to "My Profile" in myAlpari and upload a scanned copy of your signed application (to "Other Documents") and a document confirming your identity (to "Official Proof of Citizenship") in "Documents to Upload."

link to pageI forgot the password for my demo account. What should I do?
After you open a demo account, the password for MetaTrader will be sent via MetaTrader Internal Mail. Please check for the email with the password in your Mailbox (find the "Mailbox" tab in the "Terminal" window, as shown in the picture below).
If you still can't find your password, you will need to open a new demo account. You may not recover passwords for your demo accounts.

2. Fill out and send a signed application form and a copy of your passport to payments@alpari.ru. Or send them by fax to +7 (495) 727-17-70. You should also include your phone password (so we won't need to ask for it later).
3. In the "My Profile" section of myAlpari:
- If you have access to your current email address, enter the new email address and the confirmation code, which will be sent to your current email address.
- If you no longer have access to your current email address, enter your new email address and the information from your official proof of identity. Then upload a scanned copy of your proof of identity (to "Official Proof of Citizenship") and the application (to "Other Documents") in "Documents to Upload." Your registered email address will be changed after we review your documents.
