  myAlpari Account Registration, Transitory Accounts

  Each Alpari client may have only one "Unique" instance of myAlpari. If you have not registered for myAlpari, please fill out the online registration form and read through our regulatory documents.

  If you have not entered your registration information correctly, you will not get access to our full selection of services.

  The following may not register for myAlpari:

  • Individuals with no registered citizenship or nationality
  • Individuals under 18 years of age
  • Citizens and/or residents of the UK, USA, New Zealand and British Columbia
  • Legal entities or any other corporate bodies registered in and/or located in the Russian Federation, the UK, the USA, New Zealand, or British Columbia

  
  

  A Transitory Account is an intermediate account which is used to hold your deposited funds before they are transferred to other accounts. If, for example, you would like to make a deposit to your trading account, you will first need to transfer the money to your transitory account. After registering for myAlpari, 2 transitory accounts will automatically be created for you, one denominated in USD and one in EUR.

  Open a Live Trading Account

  After registering for myAlpari, log in and click the "Open an Account" icon in the "Trading Accounts" section. Choose which type of account you would like to open (Demo, Live, Contest) and whether you would like to "Trade" or "Invest". Choose your account, the denomination of the account, and the amount you would like to invest (if you have chosen a "Demo" account). Confirm the information you have entered. After clicking "Continue", your registration will be complete. A window will pop up with your new login and password to your trading platform.

  Confirmation Email

  After you have filled out the online registration form, your account will be opened and your new login and password will be sent to your registered email address.

  Deposit Funds to Your Trading Account

  After opening your account, you will have 30 days to activate it by meeting the minimum deposit requirements (follow the link and click on one of the green "Trading Terms" buttons, then look for "Minimum Deposit" in the table). With a micro.mt4 account (with no minimum deposit level), a deposit of any size will activate the account.

  Trading accounts which are not activated within 30 days will be closed.

  For MetaTrader 4 & 5

  Opening a Demo Account in MetaTrader 4

  • Download and install the MetaTrader 4 trading terminal.
  • If you have already installed the trading terminal and would like to open a new demo account, choose "File" / "Open an Account" in the main menu.
  • Choose your account type, deposit currency, initial balance and leverage.
  • If the information you enter is not valid, your demo account may be closed.
  • Check the box "I agree to receive news in my mailbox" and click "Next".
  • A list of servers will appear. Choose the one that you need. To open a demo NDD account, for example, choose the "Alpari-NDD-Demo" server. For demo ECN accounts, select the "Alpari-ECN-Demo" server. See our full list of servers and IP addresses.

  If you have not logged into your demo account for over 30 days, it will be deactivated.

  
  

  Opening a Demo Account in MetaTrader 5

  • Download and install the MetaTrader 5 trading terminal.
  • If you have already installed the trading terminal and would like to open a new demo account, choose "File" / "Open an Account" in the main menu.
  • In the "Open an Account" window, choose the "AlpariNZ-MT5" server and click "Next".
  • In the next window, choose "New Demo Account" and click "Next".
  • Be careful when filling out the form. If the information you enter is not valid, your demo account may be closed.
  • After checking the box "I agree to receive news in my mailbox" and clicking "Next", your account will be opened.

  If you have not logged into your demo account for over 30 days, it will be deactivated.

  For Systematic

  To open a demo.systematic account, fill out the registration form. Your login and password to log in to the account will be sent to your registered email address. Complete registration for the platform and begin trading.

  Your Systematic demo account will expire 30 days after it is opened.

• ReadClose 3

  For Alpari Direct

  To open an account, you need to fill out our online registration form. Your account login and password will be sent to your email. Before you start trading, you will need to register the platform on the Currenex site.

  Your Alpari Direct demo account will expire 30 days after it is opened.

• ReadClose 4

  For ZuluTrade

  To open a demo.zulutrade account, fill out the registration form. Your login and password will be sent to your registered email address. Use the login and password to log in to ZuluTrade and begin trading.

  Your ZuluTrade demo account will expire 30 days after it is opened.

MetaTrader 4

To install the MetaTrader 4 trading platform on your computer:

• Download the installation file.
• Launch the installer and follow the instructions.
• After completing installation, launch the program.
• Go to "File" / "Login" to log in to your account.

Important: We strongly advise you to change your password when logging in to myAlpari for the first time. Your password must be at least 6 characters in length and contain both numbers and upper and lower-case Latin letters.

Systematic

Systematic is a browser-based platform and does not require any installation. Simply register your account and log in with your username and password, indicating the type of trading account (Live or Practice).

ZuluTrade

ZuluTrade is a browser-based platform and does not require any installation. After registering your account log in with your username and password.

Alpari Direct

Alpari Direct is a browser-based platform and does not require any installation, however it does require the following:

1. JAVA Runtime: Download at http://java.com.

2. An SSL Certificate: This certificate will be generated the first time you attempt to log in to the platform.

Installing Your SSL Certificate:

• Open https://pret-dl.currenex.com/enroll.html in Internet Explorer.
• For "Crypto Provider", choose Microsoft Enhanced Cryptographic Provider v1.0.
• For "Login ID", enter your Alpari Direct login.
• For "PIN", enter the PIN number you received in myAlpari.
• After clicking "Enroll", the certificate will be installed in your Windows system archives.

Important: The SSL Certificate ties your account to a certain computer. If you would like to trade on Alpari Direct on a different computer, you will need to repeat the certificate installation process and request a new PIN number in myAlpari. When you install an SSL certificate for the account on a new computer, the certificate on the first computer will be deactivated.

If an error message appeared while you were attempting to install the SSL certificate, double-check to make sure you have entered all your information correctly. Then add https://pret-dl.currenex.com/enroll.html to the proxy nodes in your Internet Explorer settings and set the proxy node security level to "low".

MetaTrader 5

After downloading MetaTrader 5, to install the platform:

• Download the installation package from our website.
• Launch the installer and follow the instructions.
• After completing installation, launch the program.
• Go to "File" / "Login" in the platform to log in to your account.
