PAMM Account Activation and Publication
After a Manager creates a PAMM Account, they can activate the account by making a deposit to their Manager's Managed Account. This feature is designed to serve as a guarantee that they will protect the interests of Investors. After a PAMM Account has been activated, Investors will be able to make deposits.
For pamm.mt4, pamm.systematic and pamm.ndd.mt4 accounts, Managers must transfer:
- at least 300 USD (if the account currency is USD)
- at least 200 EUR (if the account currency is EUR)
- at least 200 GLD (if the account currency is GLD, excluding pamm.systematic accounts)
For pamm.ecn.mt4 accounts, Managers must transfer:
- at least 5,000 USD (if the account currency is USD)
- at least 5,000 EUR (if the account currency is EUR)
- at least 5,000 GLD (if the account currency is GLD)
Before a PAMM Account can be published (listed on the Alpari site in the complete list of PAMM Accounts) or given a private thread in the Alpari Forum, the Manager must be registered in the Forum, with a nickname and password.
Before a PAMM Account is listed in the PAMM Account Ratings, the following conditions must be met:
- The Manager has confirmed their registration data.
- The PAMM Account has been open for at least a month.
- The Manager's Capital is at least 3,000 USD / 2,000 EUR / 2,000 GLD.

Manager Proposals / Minimum Deposit Amount
Managers can create a Manager's Proposal immediately after creating a PAMM Account. A Manager's Proposal will remain inactive (Investors will be unable to deposit funds) until the Proposal is activated.
To activate a Proposal and enable Investor deposits, a Manager must first confirm their registration information, the information they entered when registering as a client of Alpari.
The minimum deposit an Investor can make to their Managed Account is:
- 3 USD (if the account currency is USD)
- 2 EUR (if the account currency is EUR)
- 2 GLD (if the account currency is GLD)
Managers can create as many Proposals as they would like on their PAMM Account.

PAMM Account Liquidation
Alpari reserves the right to liquidate a PAMM Account in the following situations:
- A low indicator level in the PAMM Account Monitoring, with losses of 95% or greater over the span of 24 consecutive Rollovers (the account will be liquidated automatically, without the Manager being warned)
- There has been no trading activity (no change in the Equity level in the PAMM Account Monitoring) for 100 trading days (the PAMM Account will be liquidated automatically, but Alpari will warn the Manager by email after 50 days)
- Suspicion of fraud (with prior warning)
- Failure to comply with the rules of the Alpari Forum (with prior warning)
- Failure to respond to Investors in the Forum in a timely fashion (with prior warning)
- Other reasons (both with and without prior warning and explanation)
When a PAMM Account is liquidated, the remaining funds of the Manager and Investors are automatically transferred to their respective Transitory Accounts.

Further Conditions
On pamm.mt4, pamm.ndd.mt4 and pamm.ecn.mt4 account types:
1. The following restrictions exist:
- A partial close on a PAMM Account is different than a partial close on other Alpari account types. On the PAMM Account, a partial close is accomplished by closing the entire position and opening a new order for the remaining volume at the price at which the position was closed. For example, if a Manager has a position open for 1.5 lots and they would like to close 1.0 lots of this position, the entire position (1.5 lots) will be closed at the market price and a new order for 0.5 lots (the remaining volume) will be placed at the price at which the entire position was closed.
- The "Close by Opposite Positions" feature on PAMM Accounts is currently unavailable.
- The "Multiple Close by" feature on PAMM Accounts is currently unavailable.
2. If a Manager submits a complaint regarding trades/orders on their PAMM Account, fund deposit and withdrawal on the account will be temporarily blocked until a decision has been reached regarding the disputed situation. (If there are any active deposit/withdrawal requests from PAMM Account Investors, we would recommend submitting the complaint as soon as possible to avoid interfering with PAMM Account calculations.)
3. Remuneration calculations on PAMM Accounts are made taking the following rules into account:
- If the amount of a Manager's Remuneration from an Investor is between 0 and .01 (in the deposit currency), the Manager's Remuneration will be rounded up to .01 and this amount will be debited from the Investor's Managed Account to the Manager's Managed Account in the deposit currency of the PAMM Account.
- If the amount of a Partner's Remuneration is less than .01 (in the deposit currency), the amount will be rounded down to 0. The Partner will not receive any Remuneration.
- If the total amount of compensation on a PAMM Account is less than or equal to 1 USD (or the equivalent in Euros), Alpari will not consider requests for the compensation to be recalculated.
4. If a withdrawal is made from a PAMM Account, then for the first 20 minutes of the trading hour, the Stop Out level will be decreased proportionately to the decrease in PAMM Account Equity.
Any Alpari client can participate in the PAMM Account Partnership Program.
In order for a PAMM Account Manager to add an Alpari client to their list of PAMM Partners, the Partner will first need to register as a PAMM Partner in the "Partnership Networks" tab in myAlpari. Click the "Partner Registration" icon and choose to register as a PAMM Partner.
Partners can register their referred Investors by:
- Giving the Investor their Partner ID (the Partner's myAlpari number), which the Investor will need to enter where indicated when opening a Managed Account.
- Placing a Referral Link containing the Partner ID on their website (When they choose to do this, the Partner ID field will be filled in automatically when a referred Investor opens a Managed Account through a Referral Link.)
Cookies are used to record the referral of Investors by Partners.
Expiration: If an Investor opens a PAMM Account within 30 days of their last visit to the PAMM Account page through a Partner's Referral Link they will automatically be registered as a referred client of the PAMM Partner.
Please Note: Only the first visit to the PAMM Account page will be taken into account if an Investor arrives at the PAMM Account page through two or more Referral Links.
