This Offer covers all Alpari (NZ) trading accounts of Classic, Systematic and Micro types, registered in the Promotion between 10th September and 31th October, 2009.
Definition of the credit bonus:
The «credit bonus» is a non-withdrawable credit for the net total of deposits made between 10th September and 31th October 2009.
Credit bonus can't be transferred between clients.
The total amount of deposits made into your trading account will be netted off with the total amount of withdrawals, made by you over the period, and the «credit bonus» will apply to the net deposit balance.
The standard lot calculations will apply per account during the period 1th October 2009 to 30th November 2009. Standard lot calculations are applicable to the total amount of the bonus credited per account during the period, starting from the day of deposit of your first credit bonus (see example below).
Calculating the credit Bonus:
The maximum «credit bonus» is limited to USD 3,000 (or currency equivalent) per Alpari (NZ) live account. The credit bonus is variable and based on the net deposits.
The «credit bonus» will be available to withdraw from 1st December 2009 after the applicable amount of standard round lot turn transactions have been placed by you on your account.
The «credit bonus» cannot be withdrawn during the offer period even if the lot requirements have been met. All withdrawals during this period will be offset against your net deposit.

Note:
On 30th November 2009, if you have not made the required number of standard lot round turn transactions during the period then the «credit bonus» will be removed, which may affect the equity and margin level on your open positions, possibly closing some or all of your positions out.
You will be unable to withdraw the «credit bonus» as liquid funds if you have not made the necessary number of standard lot round turn transaction as listed above.

- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the operation of the Promotion, or breaches the Promotion Terms or Our Terms.
- We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Promotion Terms and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on the Alpari (NZ) website. We recommend you revisit these Promotion Terms regularly and, by your continued use of the Alpari (NZ) website and services you accept any such modified terms.
- Any dispute or situation not covered by these Promotion Terms will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned. That decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
- If these Promotion Terms are translated into a language other than Russian, then the Russian version of the Rules shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
