A Managed Account is a trading account that is owned by an Investor, but all trading operations on that account are carried out by the PAMM-Account Manager.

In order to register for a Managed Account, you need to agree with the Manager Proposal of the PAMM-account you have chosen. In correspondence with the PAMM Regulations, the deposit of funds on a PAMM-account implies agreement with the Manager Proposal.

In the process of creating a Managed Account, you need to:

• 1. Open a classic.mt4 account.
• 2. Enter your Personal Area and go to the page «Investor's Area».
• 3. In the «PAMM-Account Rating» section, choose a PAMM-account that suits you.
• 4. Make sure that there are active Manager Proposals for the PAMM-account you have chosen.
• 5. Choose a Manager Proposal by clicking on the link «Create a Managed Account».
• 6. Familiarize yourself with and agree to the regulamentary documents and the parameters of the Manager Proposal.
• 7. Enter the value of funds you plan to invest in the «Sum» blank, either equal to or more than the minimum investment size and click «Open a Managed Account».

  Investors, Take Heed!

  If you invest your funds outside our PAMM-account structure, you are taking on extra non-trading risks.

  For example, a trader opens a PAMM-account, shows high returns in a short period of time and attracts investors. After this, the trader contacts his investors and suggests they invest funds into a different scheme that is not connected to Alpari's PAMM-account structure. In the case that the Investor agrees, he is taking on non-trading risks such as deviation from trading terms and conditions, irregular payments of profit etc.

  We strongly recommend that you abstain from transferring funds into someone else's accounts, no matter what profits you might expect.

  The "Confidential Client Information to Open a Personal/Corporate Account" form will be completed based on the information you enter.

  If you open a micro.mt4 account, after filling in the first page of the form, a confirmation code will be sent to your mobile phone number (specified before registration), which is necessary to fill out the second page of the application form.

  When registering on all other types of accounts, the confirmation code will be sent to your email.

  Attention! On micro.mt4 accounts, the password for the Personal Area and the password for MetaTrader 4 are one in the same. On all other types of accounts, the password to enter the Personal Area and the password for MetaTrader 4 are different concepts: the password to MetaTrader 4 is used only upon entry into the trading terminal. Thus, on the second page of the online application, you will be asked to enter a password, which will be used for entry into the Personal Area.

  Please do not forget your password for entry into the Personal Area, since in order to retrieve it, you will need to send us a copy of your passport and a notarised appeal to change the password to your Personal Area or personally stop by one of our customer service offices with your passport.

  Deposit funds into your trading account

  In order to activate your account, you will need to deposit funds exceeding the minimum deposit within 30 calendar days from the moment your account was opened. There are no minimum deposit requirements for micro.mt4 accounts. Accounts that have not be activated within a month of their opening will be closed.

  Receive a hard copy of the Client Agreement (optional)

  If you need a hard copy of the Client Agreement, send a letter to payments@alpari.ru asking for a signed hard copy of the Client Agreement from the email address you used when opening the account, specifying the account number.

  You need to attach scanned copies of the following documents to the email::

  • a notarised copy of your passport (or ID);
  • your original passport (ID) (two-page spread with your photo).

  In your email, please specify the account number for which you want an original copy of the Client Agreement, along with your postal address and postal code.

  We will send one signed and certified copy of the document 14 days after receiving your email to the address specified. The Client Agreement will contain your passport information, full name, login, and the date your account was opened.

  Attention! Requests sent from an email adress that you did not register with us, or sent without a copy of the Client's passport, will not be processed.

  • Download and install either the MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 trading terminal.
  • If you have already installed a trading terminal and want to open a new demo account, choose within the trading terminal menu «File»/«Open Account» («File»/«Open»).
  • Fill in all the boxes. Attention! The information you enter for your demo account cannot be fake, otherwise your demo account may be closed by a system administrator. While completing the form you can choose the size of your initial deposit.

• Go to «File» and choose the «Login» option for authorization on your account.

Enter the login and password you received during registration in the window that appears and choose a server from the list in the «Server» field:

3. For classic.mt4 live accounts, choose the «Alpari-Classic» server. In the case that this server is not listed, enter it manually:

4. For classic.ndd.mt4 live accounts,choose the «mt4ndd_live» server. In the case that this server is not listed, enter it manually:

5. For pro.ecn.mt4 live accounts, choose the «mt4ecn_live» server. In the case that this server is not listed, enter it manually:

Important: Immediately change the password to MetaTrader 4. Please remember that your password can be no less than 6 symbols. For security purposes, we recommend NOT using English words, telephone numbers, birthdates etc. as your password. Please use a password that contains a mix of upper and lowercase letters and numerals.

Systematic

This platform has a simple and easy-to-understand interface and does not require the installation of any additional applications. To enter the Systematic platform, you need to enter your login, password, and choose the type of your trading account on the authorization page.

Alpari Direct

This trading platform has a web-interface. To work on this platform, you need to:

1. Install JAVA runtime on your computer, which you can download at http://java.com.

2. Receive a SSL Certificate, which will be generated upon your first entry onto the platform authorization page.

SSL Certificate Installation

To work on the Alpari Direct Pro platform you need to install an SSL Certificate. To do this:

• Open https://pret-dl.currenex.com/enroll.html in Internet Explorer;
• In the field «Crypto Provider», choose Microsoft Enhanced Cryptographic Provider v1.0;
• In the field «Login ID», enter your login;
• In the field «PIN», enter the PIN you received in the «Personal Area»;
• After you have clicked «Enroll», the certificate will be installed in Windows system archives.

Important! The SSL Certificate ties your account to a certain computer. When using a new computer, you will have to repeat the certificate generation process and receive a new PIN in the Personal Area. Doing this will make the certificate on the previous computer inactive.

If an error message appeared while the certificate was being issued, check to make sure you have entered all the information correctly and add https://pret-dl.currenex.com/enroll.html to the proxy nodes in the Internet Explorer settings, setting the proxy node security level to «low».

MetaTrader 5

To start work in the demo-regime, you must download the MetaTrader 5 trading platform onto your computer:

• Download the installation package from our website;
• Launch the installation package and follow the instructions;
• After receiving confirmation of installation, launch the application;
