Accounts are ranked by their overall return
The PAMM Account Ratings is a list of PAMM Accounts which includes only accounts which have been active for at least 6 months and to which investors are able to make a deposit.
By default, the PAMM Account Ratings will rank PAMM Accounts based on their return over the last 6 months.
PAMM Accounts may also be ranked based on the following: Monthly Return, 3-Month Return, 6-Month Return, Yearly Return, Equity, Manager’s Capital and Popularity. You can also view the entire list.
Ranking:
1. By 1-Month Return: Only PAMM Accounts will appear where the Manager has verified their registration information, which have been open for at least a month and where the Manager’s Capital exceeds the minimum required level.
2. By 3-Month Return: Only PAMM Accounts will appear where the Manager has verified their registration information, which have been open for at least three months and where the Manager’s Capital exceeds the minimum required level.
3. By 6-Month Return: Only PAMM Accounts will appear where the Manager has verified their registration information, which have been open for at least six months and where the Manager’s Capital exceeds the minimum required level.
4. By 1-Year Return: Only PAMM Accounts will appear where the Manager has verified their registration information, which have been open for at least a year and where the Manager’s Capital exceeds the minimum required level.
5. By Equity: Only PAMM Accounts will appear where the Manager has verified their registration information, which have been open for at least three months and where the Manager’s Capital exceeds the minimum required level.
6. By Manager’s Capital: Only PAMM Accounts will appear where the Manager has verified their registration information, which have been open for at least three months and where the Manager’s Capital exceeds the minimum required level.
7. By Popularity: Only PAMM Accounts will appear where the Manager has verified their registration information, which have been open for at least three months and where the Manager’s Capital exceeds the minimum required level. Accounts will be ranked based the number of live accounts to which a deposit has been made in the past month.
8. Show Complete List: All PAMM Accounts will appear, arranged by their overall return.
Rate of Return:
By default, this column will show the overall return on PAMM Accounts (from the date they were opened). You may change this column to show the returns over the past month, three months, six months or one year.
If you choose to filter your results, you can enter a number into the "Rate of Return" box at the top of the column. If you enter "500," only PAMM Accounts will be shown which achieved a return of over 500 percent over the specified time period. You may enter this number with the decimal place marked by a period or a comma, with or without a percent sign. The Manager’s remuneration (bonus compensation) is not be factored into the calculation of "Rate of Return."
If you enter "500-1000" into the bar, only PAMM Accounts will be shown with a return between 500 and 1000 percent over the specified time period. You can also click on the "Rate of Return" box and choose your desired level from a drop-down list.
If you like, you can view the "Rate of Return" over different periods of time.
Return over Period:
This will show the percent profit or loss of Investors on their Managed Accounts over a specified period of time. It is calculated based on the following formula:
(P2 - P1) / P1 X 100%, where
P1 = "Share Price" at the beginning of the period
P2 = "Share Price" at the end of the period
If you enter ">500" into the "Return over Period" box, only PAMM Accounts will be shown where there was a return of at least 500% over the corresponding time period. This number may be entered in any format.
Sharpe Ratio:
The "Sharpe Ratio" rating reflects the overall return of the PAMM Account, adjusted for risk (by factoring in volatility). It is the ratio of the expected value of the daily return to its standard deviation. When you enter a value into this field (as a percentage), all accounts for which the "Sharpe Ratio" rating is below this value will be filtered out.
If you enter "10" into the "Sharpe Ratio" box, only PAMM Accounts will be shown with a Sharpe Ratio of 10% and higher. You can also click on the "Sharpe Ratio" box and choose your desired level from a drop-down list.
You can also view this rating over the past year, 6 months, 3 months, or month.
Volatility:
The average of all recorded levels of daily return (both profits and losses) since the account was opened, taken in modulus (losses are figured into the calculation as positive values). If you enter "50" into the "Volatility" box, only PAMM Accounts with a "Volatility" rating of 50% or lower will be shown ("<=50"). You can also view "Volatility" over a period of one year, six months, three months or one month or click on the "Volatility" box and select your desired level of "Volatility."
Maximum Drawdown:
The "Maximum Drawdown" rating tells you the maximum amount you could have lost by investing in a particular PAMM Account (from the date it was opened). It is measured as the distance between a maximum point and a minimum point following the maximum point on the "Rate of Return" chart in the PAMM Account Monitoring.
When you enter "50" into the "Maximum Drawdown" box, only PAMM Accounts will be shown with a "Maximum Drawdown" rating of 50% and lower ("<=50%"). You can also view "Maximum Drawdown" over a period of one year, six months, three months, or one month.
Maximum Profit:
"Maximum Profit" is the maximum return on investment you could have achieved by investing in a PAMM Account (from the date it was opened). It is calculated as the distance between a minimum point and a maximum point following the minimum point on the "Rate of Return" chart in the PAMM Account Monitoring.
If you enter "50" into the "Maximum Profit" box, only PAMM Accounts will be shown with a "Maximum Profit" rating of 50% or higher (">=50%"). You can also view "Maximum Drawdown" over a period of one year, six months, three months, or one month.
Recovery Factor:
"Recovery Factor" shows the relationship between the current rate of return on a PAMM Account with the "Maximum Relative Drawdown" (from the date the account was opened). It is calculated based on the data in the daily Monitoring.
If you enter "10" into the "Recovery Factor" box, only PAMM Accounts will be shown with an overall "Recovery Factor" rating of 10 and higher (">=10"). You can also view "Recovery Factor" over a period of one year, six months, three months, or one month.
Sort the Ratings:
PAMM Account:
To filter out all PAMM Accounts where you will be unable to invest your money, check the "Investing Possible" box.
To filter out all PAMM Accounts where you will be unable to view the "Equity & Fund Distribution" tab in the PAMM Account Monitoring, check the "Viewing Equity Possible" box.
Favorites:
To add a PAMM Account to your "Favorites," click on the corresponding star on the left side of the Ratings table. Do the same to remove an account from your "Favorites." Your "favorite" PAMM Accounts and your "My Search" settings will be saved in your browser, meaning you can save different settings in different browsers.
My Search:
With "My Search," you can save up to three sets of results in the PAMM Account Ratings and switch between them. You can also save the search and filter settings in the PAMM Account Ratings. When you do this, the next time you come back to the page, you will see the updated PAMM Account Ratings with your saved settings.
PAMM Account Number:
The Account Number is the number that is assigned to a PAMM Account when it is opened (based on the order).
Opened For:
The "Opened For" column shows the number of days that a PAMM Account has been open.
If you enter "100" into the bar, only PAMM Accounts will be shown that have been open for 100 days or more.
You may also click on the "Opened For" box and choose your desired level from a drop-down list.
PAMM Account Currency:
This is the currency in which the PAMM Account is denominated. You may choose your desired currency by clicking in the box and selecting either USD or EUR from the drop-down list.
Manager’s Capital:
This is the Manager’s public investment in their PAMM Account. This amount is included in the Manager’s Managed Account and serves a guarantee to PAMM Account Investors that the Manager will have their interests in mind. The higher the Manager’s Capital, the more Equity the Manager has at risk. The Manager is not allowed to reduce the "Manager’s Capital" or make a withdrawal from this amount.
If you enter "3000" in the "Manager’s Capital" box, only PAMM Accounts will be shown where the Manager’s Capital is at least 3000 USD (the default currency). You may also click on the "Manager’s Capital" box and choose your desired level from a drop-down list.
Minimum Deposit:
This is the minimum deposit required to open a PAMM Account. It is also the lower limit of the first level in the Manager’s Proposal. You can find the Manager’s Proposal for their PAMM Account by clicking on the account in the PAMM Ratings.
If you enter "5000" into the "Minimum Deposit" box, only PAMM Accounts will be shown with a minimum deposit level of 5000 USD (the default currency) or less. You can also click in the "Minimum Deposit" box and choose your desired level from the drop-down list.
Daily Return:
This is the percent return of a PAMM Account from 00:00 (Central European Time, the time used in MetaTrader) to the time of the last rollover on the account. If you enter "5" into the "Daily Return" box, only PAMM Accounts will be shown which had at least a 5% return at their last rollover (">=5%").
You can also click on the "Daily Return" box and choose your desired level from a drop-down list.
PAMM Accounts may also be ranked based on the following: Monthly Return, 3-Month Return, 6-Month Return, Yearly Return, Equity, Manager’s Capital and Popularity. You can also view the entire list.
Ranking:
1. By 1-Month Return: Only PAMM Accounts will appear where the Manager has verified their registration information, which have been open for at least a month and where the Manager’s Capital exceeds the minimum required level.
2. By 3-Month Return: Only PAMM Accounts will appear where the Manager has verified their registration information, which have been open for at least three months and where the Manager’s Capital exceeds the minimum required level.
3. By 6-Month Return: Only PAMM Accounts will appear where the Manager has verified their registration information, which have been open for at least six months and where the Manager’s Capital exceeds the minimum required level.
4. By 1-Year Return: Only PAMM Accounts will appear where the Manager has verified their registration information, which have been open for at least a year and where the Manager’s Capital exceeds the minimum required level.
5. By Equity: Only PAMM Accounts will appear where the Manager has verified their registration information, which have been open for at least three months and where the Manager’s Capital exceeds the minimum required level.
6. By Manager’s Capital: Only PAMM Accounts will appear where the Manager has verified their registration information, which have been open for at least three months and where the Manager’s Capital exceeds the minimum required level.
7. By Popularity: Only PAMM Accounts will appear where the Manager has verified their registration information, which have been open for at least three months and where the Manager’s Capital exceeds the minimum required level. Accounts will be ranked based the number of live accounts to which a deposit has been made in the past month.
8. Show Complete List: All PAMM Accounts will appear, arranged by their overall return.
Rate of Return:
By default, this column will show the overall return on PAMM Accounts (from the date they were opened). You may change this column to show the returns over the past month, three months, six months or one year.
If you choose to filter your results, you can enter a number into the "Rate of Return" box at the top of the column. If you enter "500," only PAMM Accounts will be shown which achieved a return of over 500 percent over the specified time period.
