Clients agree to the following terms when using test versions of trading platforms on live accounts:

    1) Alpari makes no guarantees regarding the quality of test software or its suitability for any particular purpose. Alpari is not responsible for delays or interruptions with the test software nor for the accurracy or timeliness of quotes, formulas for any indicators, program bugs, etc.

We recommend simulating all possible actions with the test software on demo accounts before using it for live trading and also regularly downloading the latest versions of test software from this section so as to keep already-fixed bugs from reappearing.

    5) Clients using test software agree that complaints connected with any sort of loss or missed opportunity as a result of any sort of malfunction in the test software, hardware failure or connection problems of the operating system may be rejected in accordance with clause 9.20 of the "Terms of Business" and clauses in our other Regulatory Documents which describe the limitations of liability of Alpari in similar situations.

These terms govern the use of all programs until their official release on the site www.alpari-forex.com at which point Alpari bears responsibility to provide program support in accordance with the terms of the company's Regulatory Documents.
