What is the Manager's Offer? From what parameters does it consist?

The Manager's Offer — is an offer of the Manager to the Company's Clients to invest money to a PAMM-account. Each Offer includes 7 parameters with the help of which the Company makes necessary calculations between the Manager and Investors.

Let's take the following Offer as an example:
    «10/10/5/5 - 10000/1000/100»

    • 1. Profit-share renumeration of the Manager.
      (10/10/5/5 - 10000/1000/100)

Profit-share renumeration of the Manager - is the interest from an Investor's Profit which will be assigned to the Manager upon distribution of profit at the end of the Trading Interval.

      Example:

In accordance to the conditions of this Offer the Manager offers to renumerate him with 10% from the profit.
Let's assume that the Investor's Profit amounted to 10 000 RUR by the end of the Trading interval, consequently:
      Profit-share renumeration of the Manager = 10000/100×10 = 1 000 RUR,
The Investor's profit after payment of the Profit-share Renumeration of the Manager = 10000-1000 = 9 000 RUR.

    • 2. Renumeration of the Manager for Account Management.
      (10/10/5/5 - 10000/1000/100)

Renumeration of the Manager for account management - is the interest from the Investor's current Balance which is calculated daily and assigned to the Manager. REnumeration of the Manager for account Management is defined in per cent per annum; in fact a sum 260 times less is daily withdrawn.

      Example:

While the Rollover is executed the Balance of the Managed Account equals to 30 000 RUR. Renumeration of the Manager for account management that will be deducted during this Rollover = 30000/100×10/260 = 11.5 RUR, that will be daily transfered to the Manager's classic.mt4. account. At the moment of the next Rollover the Balance of the Managed account amounted to 35 000 RUR. Renumeration of the Manager that will be deducted during this Rollover = 35000/100×10/260 = 13.4 RUR, which will be transfered to the Manager's classic.mt4 account.

    • 3. Commission for deposit.
      (10/10/5/5 - 10000/1000/100)

Commission for deposit — is an interest of the Investor's deposited funds that will be assigned to the Manager's classic.mt4 account upon execution of the request for fund depositiong.

      Example:

Investor makes a deposit of 30 000 RUR.
Commission for deposit makes 5% according to the Manager's Offer:
      30000/100×5 = 1 500 RUR.
      Therefore, 30000-1500 = 28 500 RUR are credited to the PAMM-account.

Investor's Managed funds however become equal to 30 000 RUR, and Manager's Renumeration for account management will be paid only when the Investor's Balance exceeds 30 000 RUR.

    • 4. Fine for Early Withdrawal.
      (10/10/5/5 - 10000/1000/100)

Fine for Early Withdrawal — is an interest of the Investor's withdrawn funds that will be assigned to the Manager's classic.mt4 account upon the request for early withdrawal of funds.

      Example:

An Investor submits a request for early withdrawal of funds.
According to the accepted Offer the fine for early withdrawal of funds is5%.
when the request is processed during the Rollover the Investor's Balance is 10 000 RUR
The fine for early withdrawal of funds = 10000/100×5 = 500 RUR.
Therefore the amount of 10000-500 = 9 500 RUR will be transfered to the Investor's classic.mt4 account . The amount of 500 RUR will be transfered to the Manager's classic.mt4 account .

    • 5. Minimum amount of investments.
      (10/10/5/5 - 10000/1000/100)

Minimum amount of investments — is the minimum initial amount to deposit the Investor's funds to the Managed account.

      Example:

The Investor decided to accept the Manager's Offer.
According to this Offer the minimum amount of investments is — 10 000 RUR. RUR.
Therefore in order to be able to accept the Manager's Offer the Investor has to submt a request to depost not less than 10 000 RUR. RUR at the moment of accepting the Offer.

    • 6. Minimum amount for Managed Account deposit.
      (10/10/5/5 - 10000/1000/100)

Minimum amount for Managed Account deposit — is the minimum amount to deposit the Invesotr's funds to the Managed Account where the Investor's Balance is above zero.

      Example:

The Investor accepted this Offer of the Manager.
According to this Offer the minimum amount to deposit to the Managed Account is — 1 000 RUR.
Therefore if the Investor wants to invest additional funds he can't submit a request to deposit amount not less than 1 000 RUR.

    • 7. Minimum remaining balance.
      (10/10/5/5 - 10000/1000/100)

Minimum remaining balance — is the minimum possible remaining funds of the Investor's balance when a requst for withdrawal is executed.

      Example:

According to this Offer the Investor's balance is 15 750 RUR.
Minimum remaining balance according to this Offer is — 100 RUR
Therefore if the Investor submits the request to withdraw funds at the end of the Trading interval he can't withdraw for example 15 700 RUR, as in this case the remaining balance at the Managed Account (15750-15700 = 50) will be less than the minimum remaining balance indicated in the Offer (50<100). In this case at the end of the Trading Interval the Investor can withdraw the amount up to 15 650 RUR or all the funds(15 750 RUR).

The detailed calculation formulas of the Offer's parameters you can find in the PAMM-account service Regulations.

What are Managed Funds of the Investor?

Managed Funds - are the Investor's funds in ratio to which the Manager's profit-share renumeration is calculated.

    Example:
According to the Offer 10/0/0/0 - 100000/10000/1000 the Investor deposited 100 000 RUR. Therefore, profit is the funds over 100 000 RUR, which are the result of the Manager's work on a PAMM-account.

At the end of the Trading Interval the Manager's successful work resulted the Investor's profit of 10 000 RUR (Managed Account Balance is 110 000 RUR). Accoding to the Manager's Offer the Investor paid the Manager's Renumeration ofе 1 000 RUR (10% of 10 000). The Managed Account Balance amounted 109 000 RUR.

Now funds on this Managed account make 109 000 RUR, i.e. funds over 109 000 RUR as a result of the Manager's work on a Pamm-account can be considere as profit.

Note: In case of funds withdrawal by the Investor the Managed funds will change proportionally to ratio of the withdrawn amount to the Investor's Balance.

    Example:
According to the Offer 10/0/0/0 - 100000/10000/1000 the Investor deposited 100 000 RUR. As a result of the Manager's work on a PAMM-account the Investor's balance amounted to 10 000 RUR. As there is no profit - the Manager doesn't receive any Renumeration.
(Therefore as the Investor withdrew 50% of the Managed Account Balance (50% of 10 000 makes 5 000) - Managed funds of the Investor decreased as well by 50% (50% of 100 000 makes 50 000))..
By the begining of the second Trading Interval the Managed Funds of the Investor amounted to 50 000 RUR. As a result of Invessotr's work on a PAMM-account during the next Trading Interval the Investor's balance reached 60 000 RUR. (Managed Funds - 50 000 RUR, Profit - 10 000 RUR). As Profit for the second Trading Interval amounted to 10 000 RUR, the Manager's Renumeration makes 10% of 10 000 RUR (1 000 RUR).
